Beta Notice / Beta-Hinweis: FacilityPro360 is currently offered as a beta platform. These terms reflect our current operating conditions during the beta phase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FacilityPro360, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Beta Platform

FacilityPro360 is currently provided as a beta product. This means:

Features may change, be added or removed without prior notice
The platform is provided on an 'as-is' basis
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time
Uptime and availability are not guaranteed during beta

3. Permitted Use

By using FacilityPro360, you agree to:

Use the platform lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations
Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
Not misuse, disrupt or attempt to compromise the service
Not use the platform to store or transmit illegal content

4. Data Ownership

You remain the owner of all data you enter into FacilityPro360. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not sell, share or use your business data for our own commercial purposes.

5. Account Deletion

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilityPro360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. During the beta phase, the platform is provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent German courts.
